He also concisely explains what needs to take place to achieve peace in the region. It is a fantastic article and it can be found on Al Jazeera.net.For those of you that feel you do not grasp the events that precipitated 60 years of strife in the middle east, the article explains a bit about how Palestine was turned into Israel and why the international community let it happen without any significant opposition.
